Yes, you can download the whole IMDb dataset of trains directly from them, zipped, and ready for excel. I've done it several times to settle arguements about what TV show is better than what other TV show, or who went from best to worst season, or who is most polarizing, etc.
Go to the IMDb desktop site, hover over your name in the top right corner, and click "Your Ratings." Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner, and click "Export". This will download an Excel file called "ratings". Open the "ratings" spreadsheet.
