10 Ιουλ 2024 · Our trapezoid angle calculator is a convenient tool that lets you calculate the different angles between the sides of the trapezoid. You may input the value of any angle and obtain the value of its supplementary partner.
This calculator finds the unknown element of a trapezoid given any three known values. The calculator can find long and short base, side, diagonal, height, median, area perimeter and interior angle. The calculator gives you a step-by-step solution on how to find the missing value.
Free Trapezoid Sides & Angles Calculator - Calculate sides, angles of an trapezoid step-by-step.
Input the Angles: If known, enter the values for the angles (α, β, γ, δ) at the vertices of the trapezoid. Calculate Height: If the height (h) is not known, it will be automatically calculated based on the provided base and leg lengths.
An isosceles trapezoid is a trapezoid with legs that have the same length (compare to isosceles triangles). Just in case, let us also recall that a trapezoid is a geometric shape with four sides such that at least one pair of sides is parallel to each other. If there are two such pairs, then we get a parallelogram.
Trapezoid area = ( (sum of the bases) ÷ 2) • height. Lines BC and AD are parallel and are called bases. Lines AB and DC are the non-parallel sides and are called legs. Lines AC (or q) and BD (or p) are called diagonals. The line perpendicular to lines AD & BC is called the height or altitude.
