Because the Philippines is one of the countries that maintain a treaty of commerce and navigation with the United States, Filipinos can travel to the US with an E-1 (Treaty Trader) or E-2 (Treaty Investor) visa.
You must now schedule two appointments: 1) one at the Visa Application Center (VAC) to take photos and fingerprints; and 2) a second appointment for the visa interview at the embassy. Please contact the Customer Service Center for help in making these appointments.
