I would probably do this: - put computer in 4U server case (which is basically an ATX mini-tower size, but with rack mount hardware) - put server case in a shock-mounted rack case, like an Anvil or SKB case. - remove GPUs and other heavy internal parts before travel.
Easiest solution is to disassemble and pack the core components in a carry on, then buy a case when you get where you're going.

Get the PC within weight/dimension limits allowed by your airline hand luggage policy and find a big travel bag for it so you can travel with it as hand luggage.
