Nothing went wrong with an of the flights or tours or accommodations so we never had to contact Travel By Jen during the trip, fortunately. It seems like that's what people had the most complaints about.
24 Σεπ 2024 · They spammed the forum for years with obviously fake raving reviews. Over and over again. Companies that resort to such methods are forced to do so because they are unable to procure genuine positive reviews - which they would get if they actually provided good service.

Answer 1 of 3: Hi. TravelbyJen.com has some great deals going on. Has anyone used them? Are they a reliable/reputable online agency? Customer focused? We usually use a local agent and want to be sure that we don't get burned. Thanks
Travel by Jen is a scam. They booked us a vacation, the flight changed delaying us for 2 days. Even though we would miss, 2 excursions because of the delay, they refuse to give us a refund.
