24 Σεπ 2024 · I am just back and I booked with TravelbyJen. It was okay, but I wouldn't do it again. My two biggest complaints are: 1) Zero communication after booking. They would not reply to calls or e-mails. 2) The rental car is not really free.
24 Σεπ 2024 · They spammed the forum for years with obviously fake raving reviews. Over and over again. Companies that resort to such methods are forced to do so because they are unable to procure genuine positive reviews - which they would get if they actually provided good service.

This entire experience with Travel by Jen, Inc. has been quite disappointing due to the lack of responsiveness and the confusion surrounding our reservation. We hope that this review highlights the importance of clear communication and accountability when dealing with customers' travel plans.
It is legit, buuuut…if you have any problems you’re on your own. Our originating flight (not part of the package) was delayed and we were at risk for missing our flight out (part of the package). I called them and was basically told if we missed our flight, we would have to pay more than the whole trip cost to reschedule.
