10 Ιουλ 2020 · The basic approach in the treatment of bronchitis and pneumonia is to use an expectorant, mucolytic, and immune-supportive nutrients. Although antibiotics are of limited value in acute bronchitis, they certainly play a role in treating pneumonia.
