13 Ιουν 2024 · Pregnant women with SLE and thrombotic APS should be treated with a combination of LDA and therapeutic LMWH. LMWH should be maintained until 12 h before delivery and reintroduced 4-6 h after cesarean section or epidural catheter removal.
