Paying By Phone. Member Services is here to assist you with your payment needs. To pay your bill by phone, call your plan’s phone number below. Make sure to have your account number or marketplace ID and a bank or credit/debit card ready before you call.
Online: Sign in to your kp.org account and visit the “Billing and Claims” page. By phone: Call the member services number on your ID card. Note: Claims can take about 45 days to process. If your claim was incomplete or missing information, it could take longer.

Benefit recipients who enroll in the Teachers’ Retirement Insurance Program (TRIP) receive health, prescription and behavioral health coverage. Dependent beneficiaries can be enrolled in the program at an additional cost and will have the same health plan as the benefit recipient.
If you haven't received a Healthy Benefits+ card, please call Healthy Benefits+ at 1-833-862-8276 (TTY users call 711) or the customer service number on the back of your UCare member ID card to request one.
