Camp Trollhaugen, established on 1983, is held at District 2’s lodge facility, built near Stampede Pass in Washington’s Cascade Mountains. It is for boys and girls ages 13-15 years old.
Trollhaugen is nestled in the beautiful Washington Cascade Mountains where the air is pure and clean, and the scenery is magnificent. Members of District Two are owners of this beautiful facility and have full privileges in its use.
Hear - trees rustling in the wind, water flowing over rocks, and birds singing...it is glorious. Taste - after long days of recreation on a cool autumn evening you can enjoy a hot cup of cocoa in front of the fireplace. Trollhaugen is nestled in the beautiful Washington Cascade Mountains.
Welcome to the District 2 Sons of Norway Youth camp website. Here are the dates for the 2024 camp session: Camp Trollhaugen (ages 13-15) – June 23rd thru July 6th. Camp Nidaros (ages 9-12) – July 7th thru July 20th. Camp Normanna (ages 9-12) – July 21st thru Aug 3rd.
Trollhaugen Language Arts and Cultural Camp. 2023 campers. Location – Deer Valley Meadows Camp (near Alix, Alberta) When – August 11-17, 2024. Theme: Vikings. Some exciting things you can look forward to: 1. A LIVE Viking fight put on by Vikings Vinland. 2. Leather Working Class. 3. Viking Costume Making Class. All ages, family participation.
