Hello, I'm new and after my pc was attacked I ran tron and it helped me detect a malware file which is now in the quarantine folder of tron/raw_logs. What should I do with the malware now? Should I delete it from my pc?

Let's break it down. When scanning tron for viruses or malware it found malware which you may say is either a false positive or something not related but that is not true. Strike 1. This is absolutely true. Tron contains several legitimate tools which some AV vendors consider to be malware.
