The TV won't turn off and is slowly shifting b/t BLACK (like if it's off) and darkish blue (the color a screen makes when booting up). I've unplugged it overnight and plugged it back in, no change. I've checked settings, menu, etc. and nothing shows up.

Disconnect cables, look at both plug and socket for dirt, bent parts, corrosion, etc. Re-connect everything, making sure all connections are tight. Try a different signal cable (HDMI or coax or whatever). If the power cord is detachable, try a different power cord. Try a different electrical outlet.
Check the backlights - see this vid for how to test them with a flashlight. It has some other good troubleshooting advice too. Although the fact you can see the Samsung logo makes this less likely to be the issue I guess. Also, check that the contrast/brightness hasn't simply been turned right down on the remote.
I tried changing batteries in the remote, but I noticed that the red light under Samsung logo was in fact blinking when I hit the power button (this is what is always does when it powers up). But the screen stays black, as in the screen is not turning on at all.
10 Σεπ 2021 · No Samsung splash screen, just a blank black screen. This last for about 5 seconds and then it powers off. The standby light flashes twice and then it turns back on to the black blank screen. The cycle continues until I unplug the TV from the outlet.
