The Islamabad Capital Territory Trust Act, 2020 is a comprehensive legislation designed to establish a framework for the formation, management, and regulation of trusts within the Islamabad Capital Territory of Pakistan.
Any document referring to the repealed Act shall be construed as referring to corresponding provisions of this Punjab Trusts Act, 2020. All the trusts registered in the Punjab under the Repealed Act shall be freshly registered under this Punjab Trusts Act, 2020 within a period of six months of the commencement of this Punjab Trusts Act, 2020.
