The chest portion of the front panel is a laser cut loop panel. Panel allows user to either attach identification markings or attach any MOLLE style pouch. The AL’s lightweight adjustable cummerbund terminates and connects to the front panel by FirstSpear® Tubes ™ Fastener.
I actually messaged him a few weeks ago, he said it's his own chest rig and that he will be releasing them. No specific date yet though
He stole a chest rig from a unit guy, got two of them fired from the unit, shot himself in the foot, fabricated Intel, and more. It was mostly at his time in 10th group, which he never talks about. Even in his big fancy interview with Shawn Ryan, tu's time at 10th was never even hinted at. He hides that info very well.
