Use Turflon® Ester specialty herbicide for the control of actively growing annual and perennial broadleaf weeds, bermudagrass and kikuyugrass in perennial bluegrass, perennial ryegrass or tall fescue ornamental turfgrass. Reapply Turflon® Ester at 4-week intervals.
28 Απρ 2020 · I took a look at the Turflon Ester instructions for treating bermuda grass. It says to apply at the rate of 3/4 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. in enough water to provide uniform coverage of the target area.
Monterey Turflon Ester Herbicide is a selective post-emergent herbicide that is recommended for the control of actively growing bermudagrass, kikuyugrass, and broadleaf weeds in cool season turfgrasses such as fescue, ryegrass, and bluegrass.
Turflon Ester Ultra is used to control or suppress invasive bermudagrass or kikuyugrass in cool-season turf. Additionally, it suppresses bermudagrass prior to fall overseeding with perennial ryegrass in warm-season turf.
The recommendations were to spray a cocktail of Turflon Ester Ultra (32oz/acre) tank mixed with Fusilade II (6oz/acre) with a surfactant and repeat application 2 or 3 times at 30 day intervals. After just 3 days post spraying, I'm seeing the bermuda already starting to discolor, which I find very promising.
