Here’s a quick breakdown: Tourist Visa : This is the most common type of visa for Bhutanese citizens traveling to Turkey for vacation, sightseeing, or short-term visits.
All Bhutanese citizens who plan to travel to Turkey for tourism, business, or transit purposes are eligible to apply for a Turkish eVisa. However, it is important to note that the eVisa is valid for specific purposes and does not permit employment or long-term residency in Turkey.
Bhutanese citizens can apply for a visa online when travelling to Turkey. Applicants are required to be present when applying for the Turkey eVisa. This tourist visa typically allows a short term stay. The Turkey tourist visa remains valid for 1 month. The Turkey eVisa must be used within 180 days of issuance.
Visa Application and Visa Fees. As shown in the Tariff No. (6) in the annex of the General Communique on the Fees Law (Serial No: 91) published in the Official Gazette dated 30 December 2022 and numbered 32059 (2nd repeated), the fee amounts for entry visas and transit visas to be applied as of 1.1.2024 are indicated in the tables below.
