2 Απρ 2006 · Hand made turtle hoop nets. Anyone use hoop nets for trapping turtles. When I lived in Michigan we would take hand made hoop nets and place 1x2 wood between the hoops to spread the net out. Then we place a rotten piece of carp in a wire screen basket and suspend it from the top of the net.
This Turtle Net is made of #15 knotted nylon netting and tied to three galvanized steel hoops. This net has fingered throats and is approximately 6 ft. long. It is assembled and ready to fish. Includes instructions.
