I used Turtlewax's Alloy wheel cleaner and it caused over £100 of damage to my wheels. I contacted the Turtle Wax's customer service for support. I got a lackluster response asking for some pictures, which I sent and then no further contact.

I use simple green APC diluted 15:1 or something like that on a pressure sprayer and aside from not smelling like blueberries or whatever, you wouldn’t know it was $8/gallon and diluted down big time. It gets brown with cleaning the tires, can foam up a bit, gets everything clean, etc.

This isn’t the best tire cleaner but it will get the job done with multiple applications. It’s the main reason I wouldn’t recommend but it’s ok priced.
