Level 3 to all capes updated (3rd of August 2019) guide. I think that's the most up to date spreadsheet. There's also Project Tenacity. Made by person who stated (I think) the whole "Level 3 to All Capes" thing. Project Tenacity is a dynamic account pathing system for RuneScape 3.

Make the PvME guides available outside of Discord. Improve guide navigation through a powerful search and an always-visible table of contents.
