21 Σεπ 2023 · This morning my road runner email suddenly decided to not send emails. It receives them fine, but won't send. This is happening on both my phone and laptop so the device is not the problem.
27 Ιουλ 2018 · I realized my roadrunner email being a set up as a POP3 account was a problem and needed to be changed to IMAP. I did this process with a test account before I changed my main accounts for fear of losing everything, but this worked for me.
23 Ιουλ 2020 · First, I would copy the existing sent messages in webmail to a new backup folder created in webmail. Then, right-click the Sent folder in TB, Properties, Repair Folder, to re-sync the folder. and see if all the sent messages download.
I get an error message that says the message was blocked by the charter system, an error code of AUP#OUT-1130. I check this code on the spectrum system and it says: "The IP address you’re trying to connect from has an issue with the Domain Name System. Spectrum requires a full circle DNS for emails to be allowed through.

28 Ιαν 2021 · Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the Spectrum/TWC/RR account > select the account again > select the outgoing mail server SMTP > make the settings match what Spectrum wants. Here's what is listed for Spectrum settings at present:
