23 Ιουλ 2020 · Chosen solution. In Account Settings, Copies & Folders, check that the target for sent messages is the same as the one in webmail. It may be named Sent Items or Sent.
27 Ιουλ 2018 · I realized my roadrunner email being a set up as a POP3 account was a problem and needed to be changed to IMAP. I did this process with a test account before I changed my main accounts for fear of losing everything, but this worked for me. Delete your email account from Outlook. FIRST I did a backup:

Anyone else having problems sending emails with their Spectrum account? From a 3rd party client I'm getting an "unexpected end of thread" error. From Webmail it just never gets delivered. Spectrum says it is a known problem their techs are working on, but it has been going on over a week.
2 Μαΐ 2024 · Spectrum web mail is rejecting (BLOCKING!) email from at least 12 sites known to this poster starting April 13 AM. I have confirmation from the Wall Street Journal Customer Support that delivery of their email newsletters and newspaper are being BLOCKED by Charter -Spectrum and NOT DELIVERED to Spectrum customers.
16 Μαρ 2024 · If the account that the email address is tied to is still active (eg. you're still paying for Spectrum/TWC internet since the account was created) you should be fine for now. This only affects email account on which the original service was cancelled.
