1 Μαΐ 2018 · After working on this with Apple, and specifically Celestine at Apple Support, we figured out that the Mail Server that they were recommending of : mobile.charter.net was inaccurate. It should be: IMAP.charter.net. you can use this for both incoming and outgoing.
