13 Ιουν 2023 · Tyler ISD increased the district’s starting teacher pay to $50,500. Teachers with ten years of experience or more will see the most significant increase to $60,000 a year or more.
The salaries listed above are based on 10-month employment for the 2023-2024 school year. Salary plans are determined on an annual basis and salary advancement is not guaranteed. Pay increases are based on the annual pay raise budget approved by the Board of Trustees.

Schools ask Texas lawmakers for help as inflation rises. According to a release by the district, starting pay has been increased to $50,500.
