24 Αυγ 2011 · Passing grades for which semester hours of credit are awarded are A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, and S. (Pharmacy students should refer to the College of Pharmacy section.) The grades of S (satisfactory) and U (unsatisfactory) may be awarded in certain specified courses.

Grading. OCED 3300, 4369, 4386; Grade: Points: A: 95 - 100: A- 90 - 94: B+: 86 - 89: B: 83 - 85
At UH an A is 93 and up. A- is 90-92.9 so it doesn't sound like a big difference. Let me tell you those few points make an enormous difference. I did consistently well on every grade throughout the semester so at lonestar I could relax for the final and usually only needed high 70s to low 80s to finish with A's.
