  1. The psychology major will expose you to basic concepts, theories, findings, and ethical issues in multiple areas: social, personality and psychopathology, developmental, cognitive and experimental, and biological and physiological psychology.

  2. To satisfy major requirements students take a total of 68 credits. Of those credits, 56 credits in psychology courses are required, 48 of which must be upper-division, and 16 of which must be taken in residence at the University of Oregon.

  6. Requirements. The Online Master’s in Psychology program is designed to benefit people with bachelor’s degrees working in community-based organizations and public agencies that address social and mental health needs. Graduate students in the Psychology program have a variety of professional goals.

  7. Requirements. The goal of the Psychology Department's doctoral program is to familiarize students with the theories and methods of psychology in their own and other specialties, so they will be able to make original contributions in research, teaching, and applied work.
