  1. Faculty must submit final grades electronically, through MyUCLA Gradebook or Gradebook Express, by the published deadline. The instructor in charge of a course is responsible for determining the grade of each student in the course.

  2. Grades are rarely revised, but incomplete grades may be completed. All grades for a completed term are accessible through MyUCLA no later than two weeks after the last day of final examinations. If grades are not available, they have not been received from the instructor or are still being processed.

  3. The term calendar contains detailed dates and deadlines for each term of the current academic year. A calendar app (ICS) version can be downloaded for display in popular calendar applications. A PDF version can be viewed and printed. Calendars for past academic years are available in the calendar archive.
