Faculty must submit final grades electronically, through MyUCLA Gradebook or Gradebook Express, by the published deadline. The instructor in charge of a course is responsible for determining the grade of each student in the course.

Grades are rarely revised, but incomplete grades may be completed. All grades for a completed term are accessible through MyUCLA no later than two weeks after the last day of final examinations. If grades are not available, they have not been received from the instructor or are still being processed.
Note: For spring quarter 2024 only, the deadline to change grading basis is May 31 (end of week 9). Regular terms: Impacted course drops processed after Friday of week two, and nonimpacted course drops processed after Friday of week four, are permanently recorded on the transcript.
