The GATORONE is the official identification of the University of Florida. Whether you are a student, staff, faculty, retiree, spouse/domestic partner or a vendor, the GATORONE is essential for the UF community. All requests are submitted online at the myBSD portal.
Every student, faculty and staff has access to create GATORONE accounts to conduct simplified transactions across campus. The GATORONE accounts include funding access to campus dining, bookstore and vending accounts. The UF eAccounts portal lets you manage your GATORONE accounts.
To access pending requests in the myBSD portal, click “Authorize ID Cards” on the main screen. Authorizers will select a pending request, review all information, then submit it to the GATOR ONE office.
GATORONE Cards, which have the UFID number printed on the front, are issued to Students, Faculty, Staff, and DSO staff. The GATOR ONE Card gives you access to gated parking, libraries, computer labs, vending, Gator Dining, recreation centers, and many other places and services at UF.

GATORONE ID card is a printed Identification card used to identify you on campus. It displays your UFID number directly under your picture.
