The UFS-1 form must be completed and submitted with all reports. Please see the Unclaimed Property Holder Handbook pages 54-56 for full instructions. Notice Report or Remit Report: Check the box for the appropriate report cycle.
NSFAS REFUND APPLICATION PROCESS 2023. The refund process for registration payments will commence on 5 September 2023. If you have made a payment during 2023 into your tuition fee account for fees that NSFAS will cover (such as registration fees), you may request a refund on these payments.
The Notice Report consists of the Universal Holder Face Sheet form (UFS-1) and property owner details in standard NAUPA-II format. Free reporting software is available to compile and properly format property owner details. To submit the Notice Report, register for and use our Holder Reporting Portal before November 1.
How to Request a Refund of UFS Fees and Other Charges. In order to claim a refund, you have to complete the Refund/Bursary Pay-out form obtainable at the Student Service Centre (cashiers section) or print it from the UFS website/portal. Complete a refund form and ensure that we have your correct bank details on the system.
