Student Advising and Guidance Expert (SAGE) is UGA's advising software that allows students and advisors to schedule advising appointments online and provides advisors with various tools for tracking student success.
Schedule Your Advising Appointment. Go to sage.uga.edu and log in with your MyID and password; Select the "My Success Network" option in the lefthand menu and locate your FACS Primary Advisor in the alphabetized list; Click "Schedule an Appointment" to access your advisor’s calendar; Prepare for Your Advising Appointment
Students must schedule advising appointments online through SAGE to meet with their advisor each term and be cleared for registration. During the appointment, students and advisors will review the student’s academic progress and discuss course options for the remaining degree requirements.
Connect with your academic advisor to get the most out of your experience in the UGA College of Engineering. An advising appointment is required each semester. The University employees SAGE (Student Advising and Guidance Expert) as the online portal for students to communicate with their advisors.
Get the most out of your appointment by preparing ahead of time. Review your DegreeWorks audit, course descriptions, and the schedule of classes, and make a list of possible classes you would like to take along with any questions you have for your advisor.
