The Uganda SPCA Haven is the largest companion animal shelter in Uganda, home to 350+ dogs, cats, puppies and kittens given a second chance for a happy life filled with love & looking for their forever homes. The USPCA is dedicated to community outreach initatives, including animal welfare education, rabies vaccination & spay/neuter clinics.
