To register for classes, students may use my.UIC.edu. Students may register only during the time frame indicated on the Time Ticket. The Time Ticket can be viewed within XE Registration system (available via my.UIC.edu) by clicking on the Prepare for Registration tab.

Search and register for your classes. You can also view and manage your schedule. You must be logged in to Search and Plan. Give yourself a head start by building plans. When you're ready to register, you'll be able to load these plans.

Banner XE is a new look and feel for registration processes at UIC. The images and information below provide a step by step process to register for classes. Banner XE allows for greater search capabilities for classes and more streamlined registration.
You can apply directly online on the Summer Session web site at summer.uic.edu. Additional application information is also available through the Summer Session Office – (312) 996-9099 or (800) 625-2013. Once admitted, you can register online through the XE Registration system (available via my.UIC.edu).
For example, students can use my.UIC to access XE Registration to register for courses, view their course schedule or degree audit, and update personal information.
