The University of Nebraska – Lincoln remains committed to granting students academic credit for the AP examinations they have successfully completed, and will continue to accept subject area scores as listed on the table below.
You can also receive college credit from your efforts during high school, including through Advanced Placement (AP) exams, International Baccalaureate (IB) exams, A-Level courses, and dual enrollment.

You’ll receive credit for any transferable college course that appears on an official post-secondary transcript. If you enroll, the grades you’ve earned in that course will be part of your cumulative GPA. Several examining boards award Advanced Level (A-Level) certificates.
A student presenting test-based credit may be granted transfer credit on our campus if they have successfully completed at least 12 graded semester hours of transferable college-level classroom coursework from the institution or a single campus in a multi-campus institution that awarded the test credit, and
