Desde la central de autobuses de Cancún, hay servicio regular de autobuses cada media hora. La estación de autobuses en Playa del Carmen está a 100 mt. del muelle fiscal y podrá ir caminando. Tome el autobús ADO en la terminal de la carretera. Hay salidas continuas. Un viaje de 40 minutos lo dejará en Playa del Carmen y podrá caminar al muelle.
