I had thought I found a work-around with a custom config but that did not seem to work and I cannot locate that article anymore either. Has anyone found a way to resolve this issue and load the Company Portal on macOS machines that are enrolled in Apple Business Manager / DEP?
29 Νοε 2021 · I have tried allowing SSO sign-in to company portal to register a device but the only "solution" I have found is to delete the "Management Profile" that is installed when the intune managed mac is set up and install the same one from Company Portal.
8 Ιουλ 2021 · After installing the company portal, I need to install the profile. However, I get the notification that the IT department does not allow to add OSX devices. I cannot find any setting in the endpoint portal that might cause this.

I found that if the primary user who enrolled the computer is a device enrollment manager, the company portal on mac's will not function right. Try temporarily removing device enrollment on your account from Intune, then sign into the company portal.
