If you would prefer your transcript be mailed after the notarization, please request this via email (ninercentral@charlotte.edu) and include the recipient address in your message. UNC Charlotte does not complete the apostille process.
We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.
We accept transcripts electronically from institutions using one of these services to send their transcripts. Please request your transcript be emailed specifically to gradapponline@charlotte.edu unless noted otherwise below.
All attachments/documentation requests must be submitted via the “upload file link” in order to be considered for review. Some forms will require you to enter the names & email addresses for those needing to review, before you complete the form. Click here to view the process and directions. For active students, transcripts can be ordered by logging in to my.charlotte.edu and selecting Banner Self Service. For former students who have been away for more than 12 months, transcripts can be ordered through the University’s transcript provider, Parchment Exchange .
