Fresh "sans" is technically not a sans. They are the parasite in Fresh's eye. They just control the host body they've possessed at said time. Fresh likes to disturb Error sans. He loves to rap. He keeps track of the people he's kissed in a notebook. He has a furby he treats as a pet. Fresh's gender corresponds to that of his host body.
Has standard sans powers including gaster blasters, telekinesis, psychokinesis, soul manipulation, and can feed off of their host. Also has the strange power to censor any and all swear words said at any given point in time, using his fresh words like 'rad' and 'funk'.

In my experience, dudes with regular dreads like that are always super chill and laid back. It works, though sans wouldn't go through the effort of putting a hat on. I always picture him as a basic lazy Caucasian. Underfell sans is definitely a gang member. Finally! A human design I actually like! I'm glad you like it!
Fresh is, technically, a non-sexual creature. Because most parasites reproduce asexually, he has no concept of what sex is. He also has no concept of gender, once again, being a parasite.

Easily the best human skelebros I've ever seen, no contest. It's so, so refreshing to not see Sans as an anime white haired teenage twink - your Sans is how he would actually look as a human and I adore it.
