Underwater is a location just off the northern coast of Fossil Island. In order to enter the underwater area, a player must first travel to a small island via rowboat by choosing the option row out to sea, located at the northern tip of the island (transportation icon ).
Cryptic clues are common riddle clues that can be found in all tiers of Treasure Trails. These clues demand a fairly wide variety of tasks. The tasks range from speaking to an NPC, searching a designated crate, or directing the player to dig in some fairly obscure location.
