To change your address for your DP parking placard you may complete a Change of Address (DMV 14) form.
This form is to be completed for a change of name only, change of address, or adding or deleting a “Doing Business As” (DBA) name.
You can change your residence or mailing address for your California Driver License, Identification Card, vehicle, or vessel. A new driver license, identification card or registration card is not issued when changing your address.

Change Your Address. If you move, you must notify DMV of your new address within ten days. Submit a change of address online at dmv.ca.gov/addresschange or by mail. It is your responsibility to ensure DMV has your correct mailing address on record. You do not automatically get a new driver’s license when you change your address.
