This 1967 Ford Mustang fastback was modified by Unique Performance of Farmers Branch, Texas in 2005 under license from Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc. to a specification known as GT500E Super Snake, and it was refurbished in 2008–2009 by Revved Automotive Concepts of Rhome, Texas.
Plentiful Performance. The 2020 Shelby Super Snake was motivated by a supercharged 5.0-liter V8, which proved more than capable in this application. In its base form, this engine came equipped with a Ford Performance supercharger, which enhanced its total output to 710 horsepower.
