All RCAs will earn annual leave at 1 hour for every 20 hours worked, regardless of assignment. Maximum of 4 hours earned per pay period. Designation 74 and 79 will continue to also earn sick leave at the same rate for all hours worked on assigned regular or auxiliary route. Article 11.
