VMCAS will be accepting applications for the Class of 2029/program start fall 2025. The application deadline is September 16, 2024. Please read the following information carefully for more details on our application requirements and evaluation policies. Expand all.
March 10th-14th: Spring Break. April 19th: Class of 2026 White Coat ceremony. April 28th: Class of 2026 begin rotations. May 11th: Class of 2025 Graduates. Mid May: Last day of classes (please check individual calendars, end dates vary between classes)

If you dream of someday becoming a veterinarian, the CFANS Animal Science major or Fisheries and Wildlife major have options for fulfilling pre-veterinary school requirements. The Pre-Vet programs in these majors are designed to meet the U of M's College of Veterinary Medicine entrance requirements.
