UNNES is one of the ex-IKIP universities whose status has increased to become a university. The main campus is located in the Sekaran area (Gunungpati), the southern area of Semarang City, Central Java. And other campuses are located in Ngaliyan (Semarang), Kelud (Semarang), Bendan Ngisor (Semarang) and in Kemandungan, Tegal.
Unnes Library has 12 ejournals publishers, 1 tools indexing and 1 Aggregator. We provide more than 1 million article from various subjects. To access the ejournals, please use an on-campus network such as UNNE-ID or eduroam. The ebook can be downloaded in full text.

There are two new chapters on recent advances in database systems and big data processing; one new chapter (Chapter 24) covers an introduction to the newer class of database systems known as NOSQL databases, and the other new chapter (Chapter 25) covers technologies for processing big data, including MapReduce and Hadoop.
This study aims to evaluate and improve the existing library management system to produce a system that is accountable and able to meet the needs of end users, as well as produce a library management system that is integrated Unnes.
