You can use a 8th Anniversary Token to claim one. During the 9th Anniversary, Heritage Tokens were given out which could also be used to get one.

The box includes a updated game CD (with more recent patches), a glossy booklet feauring an Atlas of Sosaria, in-game tokens for an anniversary gift (choice of 8), a character transfer, an advanced character and a 45-day free trial code. Also a time-limited blue soulstone was included.
