You can make your request up to 30 days in advance or as early as the next scheduled delivery day. Request your Hold Mail service start date by 3 AM ET (2 AM CT or 12 AM PT) on your requested day, Monday–Saturday.
Your carrier can pick up your shipment for free during your regular mail delivery.* You can also schedule a pickup at a specific time with our Pickup On Demand premium paid service.

Open your dashboard, select your package and choose "Change My Delivery". Track your package and select "Change My Delivery" to request a one-time passcode sent to your email. With UPS Delivery Intercept, you can request changes for a package you sent before we make the first delivery attempt.
Can I pick up USPS Hold Mail earlier than originally requested? If you pick up your mail earlier than the date supplied on the USPS Hold Mail request, the 'Hold' is automatically cancelled and regular mail delivery will resume on the next Postal business day.
