The Supreme Court of the United States is located on First Street NE between East Capitol Street and Maryland Avenue, adjacent to the U.S. Capitol and the Library of Congress. View area map.
The Supreme Court Building is open to the public Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is closed on weekends and all federal holidays. In addition to the Courtroom, portions of the first and ground floors of the Supreme Court Building are open to the public.

Keep in mind that there is very little public parking available near the Supreme Court. Two-hour metered street parking is found along the National Mall to the West of the Capitol.
