Gouge is unofficial but it has saved people a ton of time in their efforts to learn everything, as the SEFEs expect of us. The point? Aircrew, you know everything I said already. Those not in the community (or newbies) you need to understand what is gouge and what is not.

I will use this opportunity to repeat the public service announcement about the word: "gouge" is both the singular and plural form.
