For self-service actions, please visit the virtual MPF via the AF Portal. Appointments between 0715 and 1515 are for any Customer Service needs. An appointment can contain one CAC and one dependent ID or two dependent IDs max.

This site will guide you through the process of obtaining, using and maintaining both types of cards. You are required to have the correct documentation to obtain a CAC or ID.
