I am running windows 10, i used to have a third screen hooked up to my laptop using a usb to vga adapter, but i had to factory reset my laptop, and now i can't get it to detect the third screen. Hi Nicole, Issues like this are usually due to faulty drivers.

17 Ιουλ 2021 · Sorry you're having trouble with your USB to VGA adapter. Have you tried pressing the Windows Key + P on your keyboard and the clicking on the "Duplicate" icon. This duplicates your screen to any second screen. Or clicking on "Extend" will extend your display on to the second screen.

The issue I have is the monitor connected to the usb port does not work, it notifies me I plugged the usb in and when I take it out.
