Please see the fee schedule table below to view a full list of the revised forms that go into effect when the new fees take effect on April 1, 2024. We will accept prior editions of most forms during a grace period from April 1, 2024, through June 3, 2024.
22 Φεβ 2024 · The premium processing time for Form I-129 (H-1B/E-3/TN/O-1) will change from 15 calendar days to 15 business days. The premium processing time for Form I-539 and Form I-765 (e.g., for F-1 OPT or STEM OPT) will change from 30 calendar days to 30 business days.
25 Σεπ 2023 · Beginning Oct. 1, we are exempting the $85 biometric services fee as part of the application process for Form I-539. You do not need to pay the fee if your application is postmarked Oct. 1 or later.
26 Φεβ 2024 · The premium processing timeframe for Form I-539 and Form I-765 (e.g. for F-1 OPT) will change from 30 calendar days to 30 business days. Please note that premium processing is an optional service to expedite the government processing time. It is not a required fee. If you have any questions, please contact your ISSS advisor.
10 Ιαν 2024 · The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently published a final rule in the Federal Register announcing an increase in premium processing fees that will go into effect February 26, 2024. The fee increase is based on the inflation index from June 2021 through June 2023.
20 Φεβ 2024 · Starting on April 1, 2024, the application fees for several USCIS forms will increase. The forms that are relevant to F-1 and J-1 students are the I-765 (OPT and STEM OPT extension) and the I-539 (change of status and reinstatement).
